I came in at 8am on Monday and was greeted by Lindsey K who was very friendly and professional. She processed my car coming in for 3 warranty work very quickly, and that my vehicle may take the whole day who was very friendly and professional. I was out of the shop in less than 10min. The loaner inspires me to get a new A4, so I got my vehicle appraised too. Lindsey K contacted me later in the day that my vehicle will be ready in the morning the next day. I got my vehicle back and returned the loaner.
