Audi Hunt Valley was awesome. I went to have my car serviced on a Saturday in late October. It was 79 degrees and I had work to do on my laptop. This dealership seemed more interested in selling you a car than finding the right car. I wasn't able to test drive the car I wanted to look at, and they didn't even provide me with other options to consid car than finding the right car. When I finally got to take a look at the car I was interested in, the salesman seemed to respond to every question with 'The computer has that information; I can look it up when we get back.' I could understand if it were just any random car, but he knew exactly which car I was coming to see for days. He also didn't put much effort into selling the car to me, and I am slowly discovering all the features he should have told me it had during the test drive. They offered very little for my trade-in, and I had to go to CarMax to receive an offer that was five times higher. When I eventually bought a car, it was supposedly 'detailed,' but when I thoroughly inspected it the next day in daylight, it looked like they did nothing. I had to purchase my own detailing materials to make the car actually look and feel new. More
