Had new tires put on 6 months ago, then had the dealership do a full alignment. Ha no issue doing the alignment and was told everything was good. Less than 10,000 miles the back two tires are worn dealership do a full alignment. Ha no issue doing the alignment and was told everything was good. Less than 10,000 miles the back two tires are worn down to the point that they need replaced. Had the dealership do an alignment check and was told that the struts are bad and the cause of the issue. Tires cup do to bad struts not wear down evenly like mind did. So they did the alignment again but couldn't do a full alignment do to stuck bolts but now the back tires are aligned good but the fronts can't be aligned properly so they gave me a discount on the alignment. I think their technician didn't do the alignment Wright the first time. They also wan 255 dollars for an oil change, no thank you for that price I'll do my own oil changes. Very disappointed in Audi. More

Deal was going good till we learn at the purchase that only one key was available for the vehicle. That is going to cost me over $300 to get program. Plus it’s a major hassle to get done.
