Attention to details is not a strong point I've noticed 3 timed. First service visit when I received my car I had to ask that the oil be wiped off the door handles and steering from mechanics oily hands which were also on the rims. second visit the tire that was replaced had excess white adhesive just smeared on so I had to clean off once I noticed. Third, the internal survey sent to me had the incorrect name on it from a previous customer. More
