The car was serviced as part of a recall campaign concerning a wiring harness associated with the transmission. I was advised there were two additional updates to be made involving system software. I was kept appraised of service progress ands was allowed to return the rental to the dealership. Ben, the service adviser, did a very creditable job attending to the recall and in keeping me informed. My expectations of service from a premium automobile brand were well met. More

I was disappointed with the lack of attention I received during this visit (2 1/2 weeks to fix the problem). Poor communication/follow up throughout the 2 1/2 week period. I was not very happy with my service. One day after service, my light comes on that my tire is low on air. I don’t know which tire, so I check them all and find out ALL are low! I put air in them, and was upset that this was not checked the day before at my annual service. The next problem came the next night when I’m driving On the highway. It was daylight when I started but then when the sun went down, the inside and Outside of my car was dark. My light settings were changed, so I had to pull over and reset my lighting settings😡. One more thing I forgot to mention. when I checked in, I told them my second key fob was not working. When I checked out I asked about the key fob and he said, "we changed the battery", Well the key fob is still not working. They did not check to see if it worked or not. There's gotta be more than just the battery because I don't use that spare. I am very disappointed in my last trip to this dealership. More
