Repairs are very expensive but there are no other options in my area if you want an Audi certified shop. I wish more discounts would be offered for loyal, frequent customers. My service advisor Rachael was great to work with and clearly explained the issues with my vehicle and options for repair. The floor of the guest waiting area is really dirty but the restrooms were nice and clean. My vehicle was repaired within the timeframe that was quoted and I really appreciated that. In the past, my vehicle has been kept overnight and a prior service advisor asked to drive it home with him- I was not comfortable with that and declined permission for this. Thankfully he understood my concern and didn’t drive it home but I would recommend the practice of asking to be discontinued. I appreciate that I can schedule an appointment online and pick my day and service advisor. Also, the service group is pretty good about calling you back if you leave a question on their voicemail. More

The car wasn’t washed after 70k service, but maybe that isn’t part if the dealer offering. Only other comment-dirty fingerprints from tech on car interior door after service:(. More
