They make me feel like my time matters. My car is almost 13 years old and they treat it as if it's brand new. I'm looking at buying a new car and visited many dealerships, but I'll be sticking with another Audi. (When we were in the dealership this weekend looking at new cars, we had at least 5 people ask if we needed help. Practically everyone from every department asked if they could help us. Even Mr. Harper came to talk to us and was proud that we had a 13 year-old Audi! A credit to the quality of the cars that he sells. Our salesperson, Michael, told us to take our time making our decision and treated us with respect. Couldn't ask for better service.) More

I enjoy a new car and have had ten, from six dealerships, sin I bought my first car from Harper, a foreign car dealer in Knoxville, sixteen years ago. I enjoy a new car and have had ten, from six dealerships, since then. Half came from Harper. I always return because buying there is a pleasure not a chore. I now drive a 2014 Audi A6 serviced at Harper yesterday. Another pleasure, not a chore. Next month I turn 87. And, with luck, will buy a new car from Harper later this year. More

Excellent Service (Audi) as usual 1. Harpers have always provided excellent service. Speed of submission of the car for repair and pick up is fast. Loaner car is immediately there - 1. The service is pleasant, and good information is provided regarding pick up time and work done on the car. The car wash provided is of high quality. Servicing costs are relatively high (as seems to be the usual case for European cars in comparison with American cars) but this cost is accompanied by excellent service. 2. In the event of an issue that involves the original manufacturer Harpers, in my view, do an excellent job of representing the customer to Audi (and vice versa). More
