Derek saved my biz trip! I was working in Knoxville (coming from Durham, NC) when the first day before I even got out of the garage at the hotel, I had a FLAT tire that was no I was working in Knoxville (coming from Durham, NC) when the first day before I even got out of the garage at the hotel, I had a FLAT tire that was not holding air :( Of course, it was a Monday…. I asked hotel staff who recommended Harper Audi. Crossing my fingers and driving slowly, I went to the dealership without an appointment. Derek Tingle was THE BOMB (good thing!!!!). I had to get the tire replaced, however I had purchased service insurance at Leith Audi in Cary, NC and I wasn't out of pocket for anything. I even had my 14k service performed (I think he worked me in) and I got a loaner so I was able to work late morning thru the end of the day. He really, saved my bacon and I appreciated his communicativeness via email and the followup throughout (because I had to get back on Thursday).
