Not only is Trent wonderful, the entire staff of Harper is great! Even though I purchased a Lexus I take my car to Harper for service. Their prices are extremely reasonable and they are always upfront with pricing. When I visit Harper I do not feel like I am at a car dealership full of vampires ready to suck your wallet dry. I always feel like I am welcome and treated fairly. That is true of every service advisor, tech, salesman, and manager that I have spoken with. Just agreed to a deal with Harper Audi to buy our family's 1st Audi...I have been admiring the new Audis for years and after owning 9 BMWs over the last 20 years Audi (with Chris's help) has sold me family's 1st Audi...I have been admiring the new Audis for years and after owning 9 BMWs over the last 20 years Audi (with Chris's help) has sold me in a number of ways on several of their new vehicles over their BMW counter parts. We are purchasing an A4 and the process with Chris and Oscar (whom I have known since his days with Lexus) was smooth and nothing less than top notch. Good communication from day 1 and fair and reasonable pricing on trade in and the new A4 has left me feeling 100% satisfied with both the dealership and Chris. I have dealt with many dealers that start very low on your trade and offer no pricing support forcing you to get aggressive to get a reasonable deal but out of the gate I felt dealing with Chris and Harper was a Win-Win situation. When the new q7s come out later this year I am seriously considering another trade with Chris. I love the q7 as it stands today but some of the new features rumored with the new model of q7 have me very interested to see more on the changes before I officially start shopping for a new family sport utility. The salesman and finance person made me a fair deal and provided great service, even taking my trade-in (and coordinating shipment of my trade). I couldn't be happier with the car I purchased from them and the online buying experience as a whole. I would definitely consider doing business with this dealer again (new or used) via an online transaction. I just wished I lived closer and could also use them for maintenance services.
