Ever since I purchased my Porsche Cayenne, it has always been maintained by the folks at Harper Porsche in Knoxville, Tennessee. Service Manager Mark Nagle has proven over the last couple of years to be th been maintained by the folks at Harper Porsche in Knoxville, Tennessee. Service Manager Mark Nagle has proven over the last couple of years to be the best and most professional service manager we have ever worked with. His staff goes the extra mile to make sure our car is fixed in a timely manner, for a fair price, and they make the overall service experience a total pleasure. The car is always returned to us clean, vacuumed, and in pristine order. The service Manager is always pleasant, courteous, thoughtful, and helpful. I just can't say enough good about them. Even though my permanent home is in Florida, I would make every effort to buy my next Porsche from Harper's, simply because I trust their service department completely. More

I was referred to Mark by my Mother in Law since we recently purchased a used Audi A4. I took it in for a basic oil change and Mark could not have been more accommodating! He made sure I had a loaner c recently purchased a used Audi A4. I took it in for a basic oil change and Mark could not have been more accommodating! He made sure I had a loaner car and even found and took care of a minor problem that popped up! He was very personable and made me feel at ease! I will definitely be going back and requesting Mark for all of my Audi service needs! More

I had a vehicle sent to Harper Porsche for a pre-purchase inspection as I live out of state. I was impressed with the level of service. They performed a thorough and thoughtful review of the vehicle and prov inspection as I live out of state. I was impressed with the level of service. Although I won't find my classic on their lot, I will drive it the 500+ miles for them to service it. More
