Absolutely, stand up service with these guys. I came in expecting to get hammered with a large service bill, Erik (my service advisor) listened to my concerns, had it pulled right into the bay a I came in expecting to get hammered with a large service bill, Erik (my service advisor) listened to my concerns, had it pulled right into the bay and kept me updated continuously on my vehicles progress. My car was promptly washed and returned to me and I walked out with a smaller service bill than I had expected. In return, I'll always be returning to Audi Las Vegas for my vehicles service needs. I booked an appointment about a week in advance over the phone to repair some minor curb rash covered by warranty on my wheels. I was told to book on a Tuesday/Thursday as these are the days when a wheel te phone to repair some minor curb rash covered by warranty on my wheels. I was told to book on a Tuesday/Thursday as these are the days when a wheel technician is present on-site according to the phone rep. I arrive Tuesday to my appointment and was told that I had to contact a third party contractor to get the work done as they do not have anyone on-site that actively does wheel repair. Seems like there was some miscommunication between the person on the phone the the in-person advisor. Reason for 4 stars is that I basically just took a trip out to the dealer and waited an hour for something that could have been told to me over the phone to contact the third party. The wheel repair tech did a fantastic job in repairing my wheel at home! Just disappointed in losing some time out of my day. More
