Had engine failure while passing through Las Vegas from out of town, had to have my A6 towed in blind. Service department handled the extensive repairs flawlessly from beginning to end. Erik Honn was polite and professional. He knew I had to wait for my car to be serviced so he tried not to keep me waiting too long. Don't buy non audi cars from them. There's no guarantee if the car has problem. They never told us when we're buying the car that it has issues.
