They do not follow through and actually perform the car wash after the yearly service like they say they do. The last 2 yearly service they did not deliver on this service when they said they did. Trunk door wouldn't latch on the trip to Nevada. I had Audi Las Vegas check out the issue. Not only they partially fixed it (kept the door locked, but would not open), they replaced wrong parts!
