Previously I had very unpleasant experiences with Livermore Audi while I was trying to purchase a vehicle. However, this time Nick(sales) and Nancy(service) gave me a wonderful customer service! Here’s a review based on your experience: I recently purchased an Audi Q7 from Audi Livermore, and overall, I had a good experience, with a few highs and lows. My sales consultant, Nick, was fantastic! purchased an Audi Q7 from Audi Livermore, and overall, I had a good experience, with a few highs and lows. My sales consultant, Nick, was fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and patient, walking me through all the features of the car and ensuring I understood everything. Nick even handled the car delivery personally, and his kindness and dedication made the buying process enjoyable and stress-free. However, my experience with the finance department was disappointing. The finance manager’s tone and approach made me feel uneasy, and I found the process lacking in transparency, which affected my trust in their services. Ultimately, I arranged my own financing through Bank of America and secured a better rate. On a positive note, the store manager was supportive and great to work with, which helped balance out my experience. While I highly recommend Audi Livermore and commend their sales and management teams, I would advise future customers to consider arranging their own financing for a smoother, more reliable experience. The service advisor was Josh Choy - very good 4 stars. Would provide a 5 star rating but he needed to provide updates without customer asking multiple time. The service tech was Ruben Guitierrez. Completed the replacement of four tires per recall, but the car came back dirty and the tires were extremely dirty. I would expect the technician or someone at Livermore Audi would at least clean the wheels. More

Audi took my money ($34,000) without selling me a working car!!! Here it is 6mos later with no working car from Audi. My initial purchase was the faulty Etron with outstanding safety recalls (Apr 31, 2024 car!!! Here it is 6mos later with no working car from Audi. My initial purchase was the faulty Etron with outstanding safety recalls (Apr 31, 2024). I returned the Etron within 48hrs and demanded my money and trade in car be returned to me ($34k = $18k cash and a 2019 Mercedes Coupe trade in). I was told no, by Sales Mgr. Adris. He then offered to replace the Etron with another car instead. He asked for 30 days to do it. He located and swapped 2021 Q5 premium after waiting a month in late May. The 2nd car, the Q5 swap, also failed. The 2nd car had engine failure. It is now Nov and I have no car. Audi tried to offer me another Q5 car today (Nov 3) but wanted me to pay more money. Keep in mind, AUDI CURRENTLY has $34K of my money from the initial transaction that they have not made good on. I still have no car. To make matters worse, I was asked to leave the loaner car and not offered another loaner or a "freakin" ride home. All of this and I still have no working car in exchange for my $34k. More
