I have used Audi Livermore to service my Audi TT since 2001 and have great trust in Johnny Cheng and all the support staff in the service department. If it was not for the relationships I have built over 2001 and have great trust in Johnny Cheng and all the support staff in the service department. If it was not for the relationships I have built over the years, it would have been much more convenient to take my car to the new dealership in Fremont, but I chose to continue to drive up to Livermore because of this fact. Test drove my 1/40 B5 S4 for an airbag recall for 20 miles and ruined the master cylinder and slave, i will never bring my car back to audi Livermore if i could give 0 stars i 100% would.
