We appreciate your feedback. We too share your frustration regarding Maryland State sales and deliveries/financing for out of state purchases. Navigating through this process is a specialized field, which has security precautions in place that I understand are intended to limit fraudulent transactions. In your case, the circumstance with the lender approval had to be changed to complete your bank approval. This is why I took over your transaction personally and communicated with you at each step after you received your car. We regret you were unable to drive your car due to Maryland state DMV requirement and title needed to complete your registration, and I understand the frustration this causes. We are unable to provide workarounds for your state's policies that do not offer temporary operating permits while paperwork and funding is in route. Our apologies for missing the mark on what we hope would have otherwise been considered a great transaction process. Best regards, Yohan Haddad, General Manager

My issues with the dealership are not with Maryland's laws or rules, they are that Audi of Livermore did not explain California's laws/process or that the financing issues would delay Audi of Livermore from turning the forms over to the CA DMV. Audi of Livermore knew how slow the CA DMV is. I never mentioned not being able to drive the car in my review. That is not my biggest issue, its a big issue but not the biggest. The bigger issue is that financing was changed two days before the first bill was due. I appreciate the work that Yohan the GM and Isiah the salesman did. I didn't appreciate a salesman who didn't work with constant asking for a review.

Good day to you. The pre owned vehicle we mistakenly referenced as being available was and is still a service loaner vehicle which unfortunately cannot be sold until March 2023. We apologize for not catching this sooner and we are very sorry you feel baited, as we made several accommodations afterwards to make up for your time and inconvenience. These are things we hoped would be taken into consideration for an overall dealership evaluation. We took quick action to acquire a new vehicle for you with identical equipment (notwithstanding the interior color) from another dealership, and then offered you this brand new vehicle for the price of the used one you drove so far for. Both MSRP stickers were printed to show the identical price and features of the car so you can see the only difference was interior color. We also made accommodations to help with processing your documents while your previous vehicle was sold to a third party, and we delivered the new vehicle to you to accommodate the prior inconvenience. We had hoped all of the above actions performed by our team would help you feel better regarding the error we originally made on the vehicle's availability. Nevertheless, our intent was only to please our clients expectations, and we are again sorry you feel that we were not forthright with you. Best regards Yohan Haddad, General Manager
