Also IN FEb 2013 I had the same problem no heat and coolant leaking after 5 day they finally replace almost the whole heating system plus a timing belt since the engine was apart,it would have been a good idea to replace the J plug at this time since this is a common defect and could have done at this time and saved me four hundred dollars in labor. Your service advisor didn't hesitate to recommend the timing belt or replacing wiper blades a 15.00 j plug at the time would have been a good idea !!! PLeaSE CHECK MY LAST THREE BILLS FROM NOV. 2013 TO JAN 15 2014 A TOTAL OF 14 MONTHS ATOTAL OF 56.HUNDRED DOLLERS AND LET ME KNOW IF YOU THINK EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY ???
