I made an appt on a monday with Jazz to have my car serviced and i needed a loaner car. i was told the next available loaner was available on Friday so I made the appt for 12:20 pm Friday. When I got serviced and i needed a loaner car. i was told the next available loaner was available on Friday so I made the appt for 12:20 pm Friday. When I got to the service center today, there was no loaner available to me and I could not wait an hour and a half for them to do the work. I had to drive back to Bellmore and come back later on in the day. I wasted lots of time and miles traveling back and forth to Lynbrook unnecessarily. I hope next time I make an appt and I am told a loaner car will be available to me, it is and notes are properly put into the computer system. More
