I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Brandon (initual meeting was 3 wks ago but we arrived when the dealership was closing) and Mr. Carlton today. After sitting with Brandon and explai Brandon (initual meeting was 3 wks ago but we arrived when the dealership was closing) and Mr. Carlton today. After sitting with Brandon and explaining what I was looki g for, he directed me to the Q5. I also test drove the vehicle with Brandon. His explanation of every detail of the vehicle was Exceptional! He definitely knew the ins and outs which was impressive. Brandondid have a customer and I was then introduced to Carlton and test drove another vehicle with Carlton. At no time did I feel neglected by Brandon or feel that I was being forgotten about though he was dealing with another customer. Like Brandon, Carlton was experienced with explaining the functions of the vehicle. If you ever visit Audi of Lynbrook, I recommend t j at you ask for Brandon and/or Carlton.
