My experience with the purchase of our new 2023 Q7 was amazing. Asia was the associate that assisted my husband and I throughout the entire experience. The facility was clean and welcoming and even at the end— the finance associate was knowledgeable and gave us a great customer service experience. The most exciting part was when we got to take a picture with our new Q7 with a huge bow which was placed on the SUV– which put the icing on the cake for me.
