The general manager treated me completely rude while I didn’t even raise my voice he raised his voice at me and said I disrespected him when I only had a concern about my newly purchased vehicle. This is a direct reflection on how Audi Lynbrook chooses to treat their clients. They do not care for your vehicles concerns let alone you as a returning client. 0/5 do NOT reccomend this dealership.
