Let me preface my remarks by stating my wife just purchased her first Audi, a 2020 Q7 in October. With it being an out-of-state purchase, we needed to get a NYS inspection. When I arrived at the service department, Ms. Marmol left her post to meet and welcome me to Audi Lynbrook. I've been driving for over 35 years and that has never happened when I've dropped vehicles off at service departments of other dealerships. Furthermore, Audi Lynbrook's service department managed to work me in even though I did not have an appointment and they were clearly busy. Ms. Marmol and the Audi Lynbrook service team left a positive first impression. More

This was the worst car buying experience I ever had. They have no respect for your time. There was absolutely no communication from service about my car. I had to call to check progress only to find my car had been ready for two days. The original issue was a leak that caused water to accumulate on inside windshield and a recall. The leak ended up damaging back up camera. I have been lied to by service. The part was there and I understood delay in fixing due to snow storm and lack of workers. I was promised car for Friday and told part not there. A manager admitted they dropped the ball. More

Walked in off the street one day knowing nothing about the Audi line. Was introduced to my sales person, Gustavo Moreno, and I could not have had a better experience. The complete disconnect of communication between departments is completely unacceptable. There are tons of dealerships on sunrise highway. Drive past this one. We went to see a car and it wasn't drive-able and when it was turned on it smelt like rotten eggs. Our salesman showed us a few other options and landed on a nice, used Ford SUV. We were told they would match the APR on the pre-approved loan we came in with but they didn't. When we arrived to pick up the car are our agreed upon time it wasn't ready. A part needed to come in at a later date to be installed and no one felt it was important to let us know? the day we left a deposit on the car and the day we came to pick it up were 6 days a part. They had a full working week to alert us and no one did. So when we arrived to drive off the lot it was very frustrating that we weren't told ahead of time that they would need more time to prep the vehicle. We waited four hours because our salesman had to drive to another mechanic to get us a temporary piece so we had a way home (as we were dropped off and left stranded if we couldn't drive away with the car). Fast forward a full working week and weekend, my partner had to go back to have the new piece to be installed. We were told by our salesman that he would confirm when the part was in the dealership and never did so we followed up. He confirmed it's there. My partner arrives early the next day to find out that he needed an appointment to get the car serviced, which was never mentioned when the issue was first brought up. He is currently waiting there and it's now hitting hour 4 and he has to use PTO for work because this wasn't complete in a timely manner. Horrific, just don't do it to yourself. More
