Love my Q5 I went in to Audi Lynbrook expecting the same treatment I received at another Audi location. I have to say that from the moment I met Andri the experi I went in to Audi Lynbrook expecting the same treatment I received at another Audi location. I have to say that from the moment I met Andri the experience changed my mind set. He was not pushy. He was very informative and was able to show my why the Q5 was the car for me. Frustrating I went in for my yearly Audi Care service/NYS inspection. I also had 2 recalls to be done. When I called to make an appointment for these services I r I went in for my yearly Audi Care service/NYS inspection. I also had 2 recalls to be done. When I called to make an appointment for these services I requested a loaner. I was told by the gum cracking female making the appointment that the service would take 2 hours and only one recall would be done. I requested a loaner and was told that there were no loaners for 3 weeks. After being told it would only be 2 hours I said that I would wait for the car. When I went to the male service advisor on the day of my appointment he gave me an astonished look when I said that I would wait for my car. I told him that I was told it would be 2 hours and only one recall would be done. He replied that both recalls would be done and that I'll do my best to get you out of here in 4 hours. Since I didn't have much of a choice I waited. I finally had the service advisor come out 5 1/2 hours later telling me that my car was finished. When I went to pay for the inspection the gum cracking checkout girl told me $32.00. I knew this was wrong because NYS inspections are $37.00. The service advisor was a witness to this. I paid the $37.00 and was given a coupon for a car wash down the street which seems to always be crowded or broken so I don't even bother washing the car. I only have one more year with the Audi Care but I really don't want to go to this dealership again . I had a problem last year trying to extend my Audi Care which left a real bad taste in my mouth. The fact that there were no loaners for 3 weeks was also a concern as well as shocking. I never had a problem when Anchor Audi owned this dealership. I hope that the current owners read this and actually try to make the necessary customer service corrections/retraining so that others won't have to go through these unnecessary inconveniences. More

Great Car / Terrible Service Scheduling an appointment for service is a very frustrating experience. Scheduling via the dealership's website does not result in timely responses. Scheduling an appointment for service is a very frustrating experience. Scheduling via the dealership's website does not result in timely responses. Scheduling by phone is even worse. Calls are placed on hold for an interminable amount of time, after which they transfer you to another person who--you guessed it--places you on hold for another long period. Then, when someone actually picks up and you think you're going to be able to schedule the appointment or get an answer to your question, you are transferred to someone else's voice mail! Were it not for the fact that I love the car, I would give this dealership ZERO stars (instead of one). I have had many luxury vehicles over the years, including other Audis, but the service department at Audi Lynbrook is a real disincentive to repeat business. More
