I was still in my "shopping" phase with no intention on purchasing a car that day, but my sales consultant Michael Wood hands down made this dreadful "car shopping" experience extremely pleasant. The way he greeted me at the door with a smile on is face made me feel comfortable right from the start. He was not pushy, understood that I was shopping and still went above and beyond to go over my Q3 thoroughly. He was kind, thoughtful, and actually had my best interest in mind. He has followed up with me numerous times already just to make sure everything is going smoothly and if there were any additional questions I had.
