I brought my car in for service yesterday and even while I was waiting to be helped I observed Paul Hossman handle other clients with such professionalism and care, that I was blown away! Thats why it came as no surprise when I too, received the same consistent level of service. My car was purchased by an independent seller and it was having some mechanical difficulties. I was in tears when I found out my car was no longer under warrantee and how much money I was going to have to pay. But, Paul went above and beyond by escalating the issue to his management team. His initiative to escalate the matter and their willingness to work with me to get my car repaired was incredible! I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Finally a dealership with a heart! More

Due to the high technology of the car we needed someone to explain and demonstrate the many features of the car. Paul Hoffmann, Service Writer, willing offered his services. We scheduled an appointment, figuring that he would be brief and just explain the overall workings of the vehicle. To our great surprise Paul spent 2+ hours explaining and demonstrating the features and workings of the equipment. He made sure to ensure that we understood how to operate the features, our way. Despite his very busy and intense schedule, Paul definitely did not rush the process and gladly offered to assist in the future if we thought of another feature where we needed help. Paul made sure we "learned the complexities" of the car. No task was too small or time consuming for him. He is an asset to the company-his understanding of the customers' needs is remarkable. Our high recommendation of this dealership is due in no small way to Paul's efforts to "make us happy" and knowledgeable. We also had the pleasure of meeting the Service Manager, Jonathan, who was also most accommodating and caring. More
Service with personality I've only had my A3 for a few months and of course after winter there's tons of pot holes and I happen to hit one. Which was great. I went in just to fix the one tire but Paul Hoffman asked be if I wanted them black. Now I know very little about cars but his idea got me so excited. Not to mention when I came to pick up my car he change the settings of my sound system around, and made it sound more amazing then before. (For the music lovers).Every time I get my car or my moms car serviced there I go straight to Paul he's great. He makes everything feel so welcoming, not to mention his honesty. He's great! In addidtion the whole place is great, everyone is welcoming. I've been to other dealers for choosing Audi lynbrook not everyone treated as they did. I'm glad this is my dealership/car of choice. Fabulous Service with that personal touch! I've had my Audi Q5 for 5 years and brought it in for the recalls and recalibration of my back up camera. Paul Hoffman helped me and was so friendly I've had my Audi Q5 for 5 years and brought it in for the recalls and recalibration of my back up camera. Paul Hoffman helped me and was so friendly right from the start that even the torrential downpour and gray skies didn't seem so bad. The potential for an expensive repair on the recalibration was a bit mind boggling but right from the start - Paul said he would work with me. I was supposed to get a loaner car but the one they had for me wasn't an SUV and I really needed one. Paul and Tyrell did their best to accommodate and instead of rescheduling or me waiting, which I was ready to do, they arranged for a lift home and back. Paul called with the good news that my "Recalibration" issue wasn't an issue at all and I had somehow changed the settings. I didn't even know I had settings for the back up camera. When I picked up the car Paul went through a whole new tutorial and I felt like I was getting a new car! Paul is really delightful and knows what he's doing. I didn't leave there feeling snowed or pressured. More
Best Audi folks to deal with in the northeast! I've been having major issues with my 2008 A4 and dealt primarily with Paul Hoffman and Raymond Thompson in the service center. Although getting my car fixed has been a fairly lengthy and costly process, Paul and Raymond have been extremely friendly and helpful. You can clearly tell that customer service and doing the right thing for their customers is of the utmost importance to them. I've dealt with a number of different Audi dealership service centers in the area and it is clear that these guys stand far apart from the rest. If ever I need to make a stop at the Audi service center, best believe that I wouldn't consider seeing anyone but them. More

Terrible Customer Service I bought my A6 in for a noise in the front end and it was pulling to the right and left. Upon arrival I met Paul Hoffman. I told him the issue and sai I bought my A6 in for a noise in the front end and it was pulling to the right and left. Upon arrival I met Paul Hoffman. I told him the issue and said that he would call me later that day - he never called me so I called and left a message - no return call. I called again the next day only to be told that he would call me back, Again - no call back. I called for the 3rd time and was told that he would have to call me back again and this time I asked to speak to a manager and that's when he finally got on the phone with me and told me that my rims might be bent and that I needed news ones! I don't think so Paul! My son (who happened to work for BMW) told me to ask him to do a rim balance and print the spec sheets and all of a sudden his tune changed and said that I just need an alignment. How quickly he backed off the new rims idea. Anyway, I call at 4:00 to see if my car is ready and of course he's not available to talk AGAIN!!!! I'm starting to get pretty annoyed at this point - so I ask the girl to find out if my car is ready and sure enough she says "Oh your car has BEEN READY!" Well thanks for the phone call Paul! I proceed to go there to pick up my car and and of course Paul is nice at this point and needless to say I'm not happy nor am I being nice at this point. I paid for the alignment (which he told me was $169 but I was charged $199) I was so annoyed that I didn't want to argue at this point. The time stamp on the receipt was 4:51 and I finally got my car at 5:22. When I asked him when my car would be out, his response to me was "it will be out when it comes out". I have had better service from the 15 year old cashier at King Kullen. What a terrible way to speak to a customer. More
Very Satisfied Customer - I just leased a new Audi, and have to say that my salesperson Michael Wood was excellent. Very competitive and offered me the best lease deal! Carlton Cruickshank was the salesman at Lynbrook I solely dealt with. Carlton even went in on his day off to work on my lease deal. I closed the deal with him with the best deal vs. other dealers, but unfortunately for him, another dealer purchased the car before he could re-locate it for me. He is both very professional, and personal in a very respectful manner. It's a shame for him that I had to go to that other dealer, because he did give me the best lease deal. If you're looking for an Audi, he's a very good salesman to work with. Justin Cohen More
