However, the gentleman who took care of us when we brought the car in was great. I'm sorry I have forgotten his name. His customer service was fantastic and he was very attentive. Slightly disappointed that when bringing in a Q7 you don't get a Q7 loaner but was happy with the Q5. More

Improperly Performed Maintenance Service. The work performed at the Audi Lynbrook service center for scheduled maintenance was not performed correctly. This resulted in motor oil leaking out The work performed at the Audi Lynbrook service center for scheduled maintenance was not performed correctly. This resulted in motor oil leaking out of the engine onto my driveway, forming a significant sized puddle of oil. The car had to be returned to the dealer the next day to fix the issue causing the leak. This leak could have caused significant damage to my car's engine if it had not been detected. (Someone at Audi should rethink the decision to eliminate the oil dip stick in favor of an electronic method of measuring the oil level, which failed to provide any information in this situation.) Upon returning the vehicle to the Audi Lynbrook service center the next morning, the customer service rep at took the car immediately and had the repair made. More
