He gave me the facts and let me decide for myself. If there was a rare instance where he didn't know something, he didn't try to wing it. He was quick to tell me that he would get the answer to my question and get right back to me. I appreciated that. Friendly sales staff as well. Everyone made sure to ask me if I needed anything. Audi Lynbrook Service Department is Excellent! I have been an Audi owner for quite some time. I have been spoiled by the service department at Atlantic Audi by Alex Gross & team as they are very c I have been an Audi owner for quite some time. I have been spoiled by the service department at Atlantic Audi by Alex Gross & team as they are very close to where I live. When Audi Lynbrook came under new management I leased 2 cars (his & hers) via Eric Outcalt & Justin Haynes (2 great people) whom I followed from Atlantic to Audi Lynbrook. I also was pleasantly surprised to hear that Alex Gross rejoined the team. I recently brought in my 2014 S4 for the 5k service & Alex made sure my experience was second to none. He had my car in & out of the service department quickly & efficiently. As I've said in the past, I will travel for excellent service. This is no different. Audi Lynbrook is a great all around experience. More
