From the moment I drove on their lot and was greeted and welcomed and even offered valet parking up to the happy moment I drove off with my new car everything was flawless. Mr. Adnan Baig,my Audi sales consultant,demonstrated extensive knowledge on every feature this fantastic car and company has to offer and was transparent throughout the whole transaction. His professionalism and courtesy are truly impressive! He went above and beyond in ensuring that this is the great experience which one would come to expect from Audi and made me feel at ease. The test drive was fun and informative and I really had a chance to get a feel for the car without being rushed (unlike at other dealers). He was able to have the car ready to go the very next day which was FANTASTIC!! The "dreaded" paperwork and financial process was made so easy without loosing oversight of what you are signing and agreeing to since he explained everything in detail and copies were provided. A big compliment also to the young lady (sorry, I forgot her name) who assisted with the financing process and explained additional services in a helpful manner.
