The gentleman was very friendly and up front about everything. However, I am a very informed consumer and am familiar with all financial aspects of a lease deal. There was way too much confusion over what finance rate I was getting and was the number a money factor or APR. This caused confusion about the final monthly payment. I don't believe this to be intentional, but rather a lack of knowledge of these details. The sales manager did acknowledge the error and make up for it with other incentives after the lease was already signed. In the end I was happy and I do recommend the dealership. More
