The service department is definitely a contributing factor in my decision to purchase another Audi. They offer many conveniences such as same day walk in service and factory loaner cars. Novak the shop foreman is always ready and willing to immediately road test my vehicle or diagnose any issues if I come in with a concern. On this sales visit I had the pleasure of meeting with Sofia Diana. It was a great experience working with her, she was very personable and attentive to all my requests. She had me test drive the car and also found me a car that matched my color and feature preferences the first day I came in. Next I met with Justin who was able to instantly price the monthly payment within my budget. He was also able to trade in my previous Audi and expedite delivery of my new one within two days. We were able to complete the sales process on my first visit within a couple of hours. They saved me a lot of time and travel from having to shop around.
