Friendly and quick service I was hesitant going in for my first Audi service, I thought of all the negatives such as waiting for hours, paying an outrageous amount of money and I was hesitant going in for my first Audi service, I thought of all the negatives such as waiting for hours, paying an outrageous amount of money and being around rude staff. That was not the case. Mr. Ago welcomed me in with his smile and sense of humor and was patient in explaining the procedure of my oil change, inspection and updates. There was no courtesy vehicle available for my 1 and a half hour wait but mr. Chakraborty drove me to my destination and back, no questions asked. Once i returned at the service station I was offered a snack and was soon spoken to by Mr. Ago who said my car was ready to with a complimentary wash! No complications, no issues and actually quite a positive experience. I will definitely be going back Lynbrook service. More
