When we arrived Roxanne arranged a test drive with a service Tech named Novak, who immediately recognized the problem. The car was repaired along with an oil change & alignment. Terrible experience with this dealer I was an out of state buyer. They sold me a car that had a ton of issues they did not tell me about, even when I specifically asked. Bent wheel and a broken seat belt. I reached out to salesman and GM, no one cared. The GM didn't even take the time to email or call me back! Do not buy from this dealer. More

Quick and Painless Mr. Ago greeted me in a pleasant manner and answered all told me that in addition to my NYS inspection there would be a few updates done on my 2013 Q5 Mr. Ago greeted me in a pleasant manner and answered all told me that in addition to my NYS inspection there would be a few updates done on my 2013 Q5. He also answered my question about the Clean Diesel A6 and raved about how great it was. After he wetted my appetite for this vehicle I spoke with " Sandy " . While she told it would be in the high 50's I realized that I didn't really want to spend this much for a car but at least it's on my wish list because of her and maybe if they add a diesel engine to the A4 sometime in the future I'll be sure to come back to Audi of Lynbrook. Before I knew it my car was ready and everything was in order. I will have to return in about 3 months for the 15,000 mile maintenance and am excited that I will get the great treatment that I got this time. More
