I found my car (A6 Avant) on cars.com, and contacted the dealer through that site. I am in NC and the car was in NY. I was pretty wary of the whole idea of buying a used car, especially one I couldn't easil dealer through that site. I am in NC and the car was in NY. Mustafa helped me through the whole process, answering all my questions and alleviated my concerns. He was very helpful when I had a third party inspector come look at the vehicle. And again when I went up to take delivery of the car, he picked me up himself at JFK. Mustafa was excellent to deal with, answered all my questions in a very timely manner, and was very helpful! Switched out early from a 42 month lease on a Q7 to a new Q7. Barry was great the first time around and has consistently followed up to see how our experience has been so we were very happy to go back and w Q7.
