Switched out early from a 42 month lease on a Q7 to a new Q7. Barry was great the first time around and has consistently followed up to see how our experience has been so we were very happy to go back and w Q7. Everything was perfect until I attempted to drive home and the mechanical problem I had complained about still existed.
