Spent over $100k on a one year old preowned and felt like I was dealing with a fly by night used car lot, not an Audi Dealer. They told me the car came from factory with only one key and Audi USA would provi I was dealing with a fly by night used car lot, not an Audi Dealer. They told me the car came from factory with only one key and Audi USA would provide a second key, which was a lie. When I called them out on it and asked for them to provide a second key at a discount they flat out said no. After I got the car home I realized they did a hack job repainting two of wheels with what appeared to be a can of spray paint, Whatever detailing they did to the car left swirl marks worse than your average car wash. They lied about the Audi extended warranty packages available for the car until I called another dealership and had to tell them that before they would honor what was advertised on their own website. While my A3 was in the body shop, Esma was so patient with me as I called once a week (sometimes more) to check on the status of my car. Service person did not top off fluids which was listed as the first job on the work order. Which makes me believe there were other job(s) not completed.
