I was very disappointed with my service visit. My GPS had gone awry and I was told that it required an adapter and a new wire which would cost $725.00. Then later in the day, I was called back a My GPS had gone awry and I was told that it required an adapter and a new wire which would cost $725.00. Then later in the day, I was called back and told I probably also needed to replace my car antenna at an additional cost of $750.00. Apparently they couldn't see if I needed a new antenna until the adapter was installed. Needless to say, this led to a lot of anxiety on my part as I only brought in my car for a 55,000 mile check-up, during which they told me I needed new front brakes and new tires, which would be over $3,000.00. I refused the GPS repairs as well as the other repairs. When I picked up my car, I was told the GPS was working and it is still working a week later. I really feel like I was taken for a ride, and not in my car. More
