Everything was completed as i requested. Wind shield wipers were on back order which is surprising since this is not an uncommon replacement. Time quoted was 1 hour by the receptionist whe Wind shield wipers were on back order which is surprising since this is not an uncommon replacement. Time quoted was 1 hour by the receptionist when i made the appointment when in actuality it took 2 hours. This was not a problem for Mr; however, the receptionists making the appointments should be more accurate for better customer service. Overall i would recommend Audi Service especially since i have been coming here since 2015. More

Family took the A4 for 40k maintenance and PODS recall. Got car back with scratches on passenger leather seat(manhandled and most likely dropped). Waste of time to take car again AT THEIR SCHEDULE to fix the scratches because “an outside party” is fixing the leather. Check your car after doing your maintenance More
