The whole experience was excellent from scheduling to picking up the car and having it delivered back to our home. The only negative would be the complementary car wash and vacuuming was not quite up to picking up the car and having it delivered back to our home. This is the second vehicle we bought from here in less then three months. My wife was looking for her first Audi and we were able to cruise the lot and look at the vehicles with no salesman or pressure to then three months. My wife was looking for her first Audi and we were able to cruise the lot and look at the vehicles with no salesman or pressure to buy. We did not originally see the car we found online, on the lot so we went in to ask about it. That is when we met Josh. What a professional!! He made sure to ask questions to see exactly what kind of car my wife would love and it turned out to be the A4 we were looking at online. Then about a month and a half later I seen an RS5 on their website and reached out. Again, Josh stepped up and spent the time, to include when he was suppose to be off, to explain this car to us and make sure we would be happy. The entire team is amazing to work with and if you are in the market for an Audi reach out to Josh!!! More
