Was a little disappointed that I booked my inspection & service far in advance to get a loaner car but told that morning that there weren’t any. They did find one an hour or so later. Clean, well-maintained facility. service advisor friendly and helpful. I was disappointed that I had to drive an hour to the dealer, then wait an hour only to be informed that the so service advisor friendly and helpful. Seems to me that the dealer should be able to look up my VIN and tell me that the software update wasn't available... saving me 3 hours of wasted time More
