This visit at the MLB dealer was fast and during that Covid19 pandemic, the agents and mechanics went the extra miles to protect me and themselves the way it supposed to be by covering the steering and s Covid19 pandemic, the agents and mechanics went the extra miles to protect me and themselves the way it supposed to be by covering the steering and seats, including hand sanitizers. As per the recall, the job was fast and I was not able to see what they replaced because the job was so neat and precise. Base on the dealer's lay out I was able to see the technician entire work while waiting for the car. The dealer has a big glass that separate the waiting lobby to the repair site where you can see the repair while waiting for your car. They also have water,coffee machine and snacks, not to forget the courtesy car wash after any service including the recall visit. You would think since it is a recall on an older model, the car wash would not be included. Car wash was offered to me but I was in such hurry thus I declined the offer.To conclude, my whole experience was a blast. I love the service. A4B7JC More
