Purchased Pre-owned Corvette Z06- Best Experience Ever! I am admittedly very scrutinizing (ok...picky) when purchasing a used car, especially an expensive used car like a corvette. But something I noticed about Audi Melbourne was the quality of their pre-owned cars, suv's and trucks - everything they had in stock was amazing and looked brand new. I called them and told them I was interested in two possible corvettes. When I showed up two hours later, they had both vehicles fully detailed and placed inside (it was raining) so that I could really go over them. My salesman was Tony and he made the process an absolute joy. He made my wife and I feel like we were the only people in the world and never made us feel rushed. Tony also has an excellent sense of humor which made the buying experience really fun. When I decided to buy one of the corvettes (which was difficult because they were both gorgeous), Tony was lightning fast with the paperwork and transferred me to the finance specialist Ted who was just as fun to work with. I also had some quality time with the General Manager Mike Martinez who is an absolute gentleman and made me feel very welcome and appreciated. My wife and I liked Mike so much that we started looking at Audi's that same day and came back and bought her a brand new Q7 the very next day which was an equally amazing experience. If you are in the market for a new Audi or a top of the line pre-owned Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Corvette or whatever, please think Audi Melbourne. You will love your experience. More

He was a genuine and caring person who was very easy to work with and his sense of humor made the whole process very enjoyable. Ted helped us with financing and he was just as professional and fun as Tony was and we really enjoyed the entire experience and whole team. The dealership was immaculate and one of the prettiest dealerships we have ever been in. It is obvious that the General Manager Mike Martinez is the best in the business as the entire team reflects his high expectations. We own two Audi Q5's (TDI) and they are keep in top condition with Sherries help. The new showroom is certainly a showplace and everyone seemed helpful. The open space where one can their vehicle being worked on is a great addition. I do however have a problem with everyone hearing my conversations with my Service Manager. I believe the open arrangement would not be my choice. The snacks provided while a customer waits could have a better choice of food as many of us unfortunately are diabetic. I talked to the manager myself and went to the car features and technology with me. I was first nervous as far as concern price and finance. He then calm me down and help me to the fullest. We were connected and it helped me to make the car buying experience a breeze. The new Audi location is also very nice place not to forget other salesmen were also very nice.You don't need to buy from them, they all are very nice and I hope it stays that way when it comes to service.
