Going back to Audi of Mendham felt like going home after a bad trip. Eric Kempf and the service team did an amazing job getting my car to the point where I felt confident driving it again. They explained the issues I was having with my car very clearly and address each one of them w/ perfection. I have to drive an hour just to get to Audi of Mendham from my home, but it is well worth the trip. I consistently have a positive client experience. Eric was great at communicating with me during my service, and wasn't satisfied until the car was perfect. I can't say enough good things about Eric and the service team. From the minute I walk in the door, until I leave with my car, Audi of Mendham is a 1st class operation. The dealership should be an example to Town Audi of Englewood,NJ and Town&Country Audi in Greenwhich, CT of how to run an operation and how to treat it's clients. Well done! More
