This dealer listed an demo A4 online that I was interested in and my first visit went well. I test drove the car and proceeded to start the paperwork for the purchase. The was a chip in the windshield and they promised to replace the windshield which they did but it would take a week to do it. I agreed to wait but did not get a satisfactory answer as to why that had not been taken care of before since the car was listed as certified preowned. They called me two days later and said they could not sell it as a certified preowned car because it had cosmetic body work done on it and it would take to long to resolve that item on the CarFax report. I should have walked away then but we negotiated the price again and I went ahead with the purchase. When I went to pick the car up I was very displeased with Greg because he made a very disparaging remark about the car my girlfriend was driving. Apparently, Greg does not think a Honda is a prestigious enough car to be seen in the lot next to his precious Audi's. I will never buy another car from this dealer. More

Bonnie answered all of my questions with ease and made my choice to lease an Audi easy. My disappointment in the end was with the car itself. When I completed my lease, Bonnie listened attentively to my concerns and left me with a positive attitude in reference to the commitment Audi has to its customers. I had a great experience at Audi of Mendham. I walked in without an appointment, but Bonnie was able to arrange for a test drive of an A5 and provide all of the information I needed about the A5 and A4. When I came back a couple of weeks later, she was able to walk me through the financing, and we found an A4 on the lot with exactly the combination of options I was looking for.
