Service has been amazing there. Ted and Diego have been very helpful and take care of my needs for both my a4 and a5. They actually treat we special as for example I don't want my car parked near others a very helpful and take care of my needs for both my a4 and a5. Bonnie was probably the worst sales person that I had have encountered in all my years of buying cars. In fact as the deal was in the works, I went to two other dealers to switch but just did not want t have encountered in all my years of buying cars. In fact as the deal was in the works, I went to two other dealers to switch but just did not want to wait longer for my cars (a4 and a5 purchased). She was unresponsive to my questions via vm and e-mail. I had to talk with her manager who was protecting her. Very unfortunate experience also considering the area they should be catering to. More

Bonnie was very helpful and worked very hard to get me the car I wanted.She had to order what I wanted. She kept me informed at all times about where the car was and even somehow got it here earlier than the car I wanted.She had to order what I wanted. Audi Mendham /Bernardsville was helpful responsive and service oriented They advertised the Allroad on eBay and it had all the criteria we were looking for. We filled out a quick form - gave a deposit and we saw the car within the week They were helpful about optimizing our warranties and later very helpful when there was a catalytic converter issue. The only thing I didn't love was that the speakers had sounded like one was blown and they weren't going to take off the door panel and address it. There Were some stuck cup holders and ashtray as well as a missing plate and they didn't offer to remediate those either. The price was on the high side and even tho it was too old to qualify for CPO I would have appreciated if they took two minutes to Adress the small thing that really needed to be tweaked. All in all I was impressed on the whole and would recommend them to my new jersey friends with one having made a purchase. I would buy from them again More
