In addition, I made a reservation for an airbag recall and after I dropped the car off they told me that they could only do a partial refit and didnt even tell me when they would be able to complete and offered no second appointment so I guess I have to go through this all again. I may find a different audi dealer even though I bought my audi at Millburn Audi. Finally, Audi usually cleans your car when you bring it in. not this time. Overall this was an unpleasant experience.
