Very Bad experience overall dealing with Salesperson Burak Murad. I very strongly do not recommend anyone working with him. He was sloppy, unprepared and even pulled the wrong car outside for me to test drive. Only reason I bought was car was it was a CPO and 500$ cheaper but now I think it is better to pay little extra and get quality service as buyer's expect from Audi. This Audi dealer is not suited to be a premium Audi dealer. Equally horrible was the delivery experience, this dealer did not have anyone available to come to the car with me and do a technology or a delivery inspection with me. The sales guy, Burak Murad was in a rush to go home instead, and said I can come in next day or on weekend to do all that but then starting making excuses when contacted. I discovered few issues but again there was nobody with me to notify when I was taking the car out of the lot. The car was not even washed/detailed on the delivery day. Beyond AWFUL!!!! I bought car on Thursday 07/09/2026. I escalated to Audi North America too as Audi buyers deserve to get premium experience. I actively disseminated this information and make sure to call them out at every possible venue to lot of my friends warning them to avoid going to Audi Millburn, but rather choose Meadowlands or Englewood. Equally horrible is working with their Finance team, I never got all papers via email that they promised. I plan to collect everything when I go to pick up my Registration/Plates. Dawn McAdams was cc'ed on lot of these emails and never responded one but is quick to respond to online review. BEWARE!!! Service department is equally dismal, see the text screenshot. More
I recently visited Audi and worked with Ziad, and the experience fell short of what I’d expect from a luxury dealership. From the moment I walked in, there was very little engagement or effort to understand what I was looking for. I didn’t feel welcomed or prioritized, and overall, the interaction came across as inattentive and dismissive. I have a personal “hoodie and sweats test” for customer service, and unfortunately, this experience didn’t pass. I came in dressed casually, and it genuinely felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously. Regardless of appearance, every customer should receive the same level of professionalism and respect, especially at a premium brand. I was fully prepared to move forward, but the lack of attention ultimately pushed me elsewhere. I ended up purchasing a vehicle just down the street at Ray Catena Mercedes-Benz of Union, where the experience was significantly more professional and customer-focused. There’s a lot of opportunity here to improve the customer experience, starting with consistent engagement and treating every potential buyer with equal importance. More
By far the worst experience buying a car. They use ALL of the sleazy car sales tactics. They insist that you pay a $1,000 doc fee, which is outrageous. Dude, google is free. And the average doc fee in NJ is less than $300. Then they try the old Nitrogen in your tires nonsense. Seriously!! You realize the air you’re breathing is roughly 78% Nitrogen. So you want to charge me $400 for AIR?!? Then after delaying submitting your application to the finance department. They finally get an approval, but only if you take their xxxxty extended warranty and gap insurance so that the finance manager gets his bonus. And if you decline, they try to strong arm you into a ridiculously high interest rate. Sounds like extortion to me. I’ve bought a lot of cars over my life. This was the absolute worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and stay away. Don’t waste your time and energy like I did thinking I was dealing with honest brokers. More

I brought my 2008 Q7 in for a recall on the fuel pump flange. My car had 0 issues when I brought it in. No leaks, no problems. When I picked up my car, by the time I got home, my power steering fluid had flange. My car had 0 issues when I brought it in. No leaks, no problems. When I picked up my car, by the time I got home, my power steering fluid had all leaked out! When I contacted them about the situation, all they could tell me was to bring the car back, which I did not because I did not trust them at that point. I also began to smell a strong smell of gas inside the cabin, as well as outside. When I tried to get the car inspected at Motor Vehicle, the inspector immediately smelled a strong odor of gas from the outside of the car, and deemed the car dangerous to drive. My experience with this dealer's service department was, to say the least, a nightmare. I wound up having to trade the car in for pennies on the dollar. More

It wasn't until 3 days after our temporary tags expired that they noted there was an issue with the paperwork, which we remedied within hours. It's unbelievable it took 32 days for this to be brought to our attention. The dealership was unwilling to help arrange for a loaner car or assist with a car rental leaving us with a driveway ornament for a week and an inability to get to work. If you like to be ignored and for the Client Relations Manager and the General Manager to hide behind attorneys and dismiss the basic principles of customer service- head to Millburn Audi. More
