I had driven the car at another dealership, but wasn't a fan of the salespeople. I reached out to DCH. Joe was honest and upfront with everything throughout the process. He listens to your needs (options, colors, trade in, etc.) and tries to provide workable solutions. He was responsive by phone and email. Once we settled on the price, I went over to the dealership; probably spent about an hour and half finalizing the paperwork. It would have been quicker, but I went in toward closing and they were finisihing up another deal. At the end of the day, we got to a fair price that all parties were satisfied with. I know I was. I plan on using him on future purchases and would recommend him to my friends/family. More

Not only do I love my car, but I am so thankful that I get to interact with people like Xenia, Anna, and Miguel - they are the best! Good communication when I was waiting for the car to be delivered. Joe kept me updated on when I the car would be there and when it would be ready to be picked up. Taking delivery of the car was a great experience and everyone at the dealership treated me great and were very helpful. Would recommend this dealer and Joe to anyone looking for a new car. More

I go in and it's sold saying there was a deposit on it, meaning it's been had a deposit on it and they've been playing with me , drove 240 miles for nothing. Avoid this place at all costs, when I said my offer which was near kkb value he got Mad and said I would not be getting service from them or warranty. More

The care and concern shown to diagnose a problem with my vehicle was extensive and determined. I felt they genuinely were concerned with the issue of an indicator light that continued to show up after necessary repairs. DCH Millburn Audi and Audi USA are true to their customers...they stand behind their vehicles and have customer service like none other.
