There was no xx, he was very professional and the car was exactly what he described and how it looked in the pictures online. Upon arriving to pick up the car, everything worked out as planned with minimal wait at dealership. Jake was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Previous long distance purchases and in person visits at other dealerships have not been as smooth or upfront and honest.
