He takes the time to walk through all of the numbers with you, making sure it all makes sense before signing on the dotted line. I’m a Mechanical Engineer, so details matter to me, and Mike is all about the details. From time-to-time Mike checks in with me just to see how things are going with me and the car, not in a cheesy car salesman way, but genuinely curious. Whenever I’m in having my car serviced, he always comes over and greets me with a handshake and a smile. Most recently he went above and beyond to address an issue with my car after purchasing it…stand-up kind of guy. There are two types of car salespeople, those who get “it” and those who don’t…Mike gets it. So it’s no surprise that he’s sold me my last THREE Audi’s, and I plan on returning again and again. More

Nothing But A Great Experience Buying Our A4 Moving, and buying a new car are the 2 least favorite things that I like to do. After crashing my Honda on a Friday evening, my wife and I visited th Moving, and buying a new car are the 2 least favorite things that I like to do. After crashing my Honda on a Friday evening, my wife and I visited the dealership on Saturday morning. Met Bryan shortly after walking through the door, and discussed what were were looking for. He brought a car around that closely resembled what were were interested in, knowing that they didn't have exactly what we wanted, and we took it out for a drive. When we got back, he spent a long time trying to find something something at another dealership that would match most of our wish list. When that proved impossible, he showed us a dealer-order that was available to purchase, and would be arriving sometime in the near future. Well, we took that that one, and 6 weeks later, drove it away, as the proud new owner, after going through every detail of the A4. When we are ready to replace our other vehicle with a Q5/Q7 in the next several months, we will be sure to contact him, since this was a great experience. We test drove a couple of models. Travis did not apply pressure, instead he asked questions as to what we really wanted. When it came to negotiations we were brutally honest and shared our dislike of "the game." He understood and the entire process was no BS. We went in with the intention of only test driving the car and left with a brand new 2018 Q5. More

A Great Experience! My wife, 15 y/o grandson, and I had the very good fortune to be met by Patrick Holland upon our arrival at Audi of Nashua, the third dealership that My wife, 15 y/o grandson, and I had the very good fortune to be met by Patrick Holland upon our arrival at Audi of Nashua, the third dealership that we visited on a snowy & rainy Saturday. I explained that we were just there to look and would not be making a purchase for the foreseeable future. Despite that, Patrick spent close to 2 hours with us, including a lengthy test drive in a new Q5. He is very knowledgeable and personable, and thoroughly explained features and options of this wonderful vehicle. He provided cost and leasing options for our consideration but with absolutely no pressure. On the way home my wife stated that as far as she was concerned (the vehicle was for her) "the search was over". I led her to believe otherwise. My grandson and I, with enthusiastic support from Patrick, conspired to surprise her last night with a new Q5 with the exact colors and options that she wanted, which was no small feat (Patrick did an exhaustive search and managed to find this specific car in PA). The Q5 is a great vehicle...the service and support provided by Patrick Holland was greater still. More
