James handed me off to Sales Rep, Patrick Holland to start paperwork and work out the deal. The negotiation was staightforward and I think both sides got a fair deal. Once the deal was done, Patrick was awesome explaining everything I needed to complete the purchase and so forth. When l picked up the car, Patrick had it ready for me in the showroom.
