My experience with other Audi dealers when trying to replace my vehicle, was less than positive. Audi Nashua, and the staff mentioned above, really came through for me. The ONLY item that prevents me from giving the dealership a 5 star rating, as on the day that I closed the transaction I was kept waiting for almost 45 minutes to sign the paperwork with the finance office. Everything was complete - my TDI trade in, the vehicle paperwork with Bryan, the introduction to the vehicle and its technological offerings. After all was said and done, I still had to wait. I'm a big believer in constructive criticism for the purpose of constant improvement. I hope that this feedback is taken in that spirit. More

Great job from start to end Tyler Jones was my rep. On a 2018 All Road and did a great job. My Daughter was looking for a 2017 A4 but because of great work by Tyler ,ended up in Tyler Jones was my rep. On a 2018 All Road and did a great job.
